Order Your Test Kit

Identify your patient’s symptoms, review available test panels for Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses, and order the corresponding test kit.

Complete Paperwork With Your Patient

Each kit includes specific forms that you’ll need to complete with your patient to determine which specific diagnostic tests to order.*

*Incomplete paperwork can result in testing delays

Send Kit to Blood Draw Site

Once all the forms are complete, instruct your patient to bring the test kit and all contents, including the paperwork, to a blood draw site. Once the patient’s blood sample is collected, either the patient or the blood draw site can mail the kit to IGeneX for analysis.

Get Results

You will be notified when your patient’s test results are posted and available for your review in the physician portal.

After discussing your symptoms with your doctor, you can order your test kit right here, directly from our website. Your kit will arrive at your door ready for next steps to test for Lyme disease or other tick-borne illnesses.

Take Kit To Blood Draw Site

Take your test kit and all contents, including your completed paperwork, to a blood draw site. Once your sample is collected, either you or the blood draw site will need to mail the kit to IGeneX for analysis.

Get Results

Once your kit is received, IGeneX will conduct the appropriate tests as determined by you and your doctor.  Completed test results will be sent directly to your doctor. You can then schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss the test results as well as your specific disease diagnosis and treatment options.
